Comments for CPNRD BOD re inconsistent & selective enforcement of well permit rules

1. Replacement application submitted with error in location a bit too close to nearby well.

• Was rejected and the check returned to driller.

• Never happened before in driller's experience(8 years in job)

• Usually returned approved with condition requiring relocation to meet spacing requirements

• 2 others with similar problem came back within days of my rejection with approval, and direction to relocate to meet 600 ft requirement.

I am concerned that enforcement is being more rigorous on my applications than others.

I am concerned that this is retribution against me by CPNRD staff because of my public positions on COHYST.

I ask the BOD to take action to direct staff to ensure that in the future, the handling of any of my business be just the same as all others in the district. Fair and equal treatment is all I ask.

I specifically ask the BOD to take the necessary actions to direct staff and management to implement procedures to insure that I not ever again in the future experience "selective and inconsistent" enforcement of your rules regarding any future business which I may bring to you for action.

I also specifically ask Board to investigate this matter and advise me by letter of their findings and what corrective actions they will implement to ensure this be the case.

I expect to follow the rules.

All I ask is that I also be treated the same as everybody else.

I hope that in the future there will not be adverse action against me simply because of my stands on issues.
